Experience Fun
Participants of all ages can enjoy a variety of family-friendly activities including a foam party at the splashpad, bouncy castles, Family Zumba, live music, and visits with farm animals from local partners.
Experience Wellness
Guests are invited to explore YMCA wellness offerings by trying out group fitness classes, swimming in our pools, visiting the fitness centre, or joining recreational gym activities. YMCA personal trainers will also be available on site to answer questions, provide tips, and demonstrate how to make the most of your workout.
Experience Community
Informational tables will be available at both locations, offering insight into YMCA programs and services, along with opportunities to connect with local organizations and community partners.
Experience Belonging
YMCA staff and volunteers will be on site to offer guided tours and share how the YMCA fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone—regardless of background or ability—can feel at home.
Throughout the day, attendees can also enter to win raffle and door prizes, including YMCA merchandise, complimentary memberships and trial passes, and exciting items provided by local sponsors.
This event is free and open to the public.
Non-members will be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the Membership Services Desk to access facilities and activities. All participants are expected to follow the YMCA’s Etiquette Statement and Program Participation Policy to help ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
