Which YMCA membership is right for you? Are you working on a healthier you? Starting a new program or ready for a refreshed fitness experience for you or your family? The Y offers a number of membership options available to fit your needs.

As an adult member, you will enjoy the following benefits:

Membership PLUS!

Looking for a way to make your busy day a little easier? Our Membership PLUS locker rooms offer adult-only locker rooms with extra amenities such as a private steam room, hot tub and hair dryers.  Available only at our Vaughan Harvey location.

General Policies:

  • Bathing caps for all ages are required.
  • Lockers are for day-use only.
  • The YMCA encourages a scent-free environment.
  • A YMCA membership is a privilege. Please respect policies, members, and property at all times.
  • A valid government-issued photo I.D. is required for non-members 18 and over. All non-members must have their photo taken and saved in our database before entering our facility.

** ‘Family’ consists of immediate family living at the same physical address. Adults must provide proof of address.

  • All cancellation request must be done by either coming in person or requesting by email. The email that cancellation requests are made out to is: info@ymcamoncton.ca or infone@ymcamoncton.ca.
  • Cancellation requests must be made no later than 5 days before the next payment. The YMCA of Greater Moncton cannot guarantee that the next bi-weekly charge will not go through for any request made within 5 days of the next bi-weekly payment.
  • If there is an outstanding balance, the member is required to make up the missed fees before requesting a cancellation.
  • For annual memberships, a pro-rated refund will be issued via cheque in the mail.
  • There are no cancellations or refunds for one week and one month passes.
  • If the YMCA is closed for reasons outside of the organization’s control, your cancellation notice will be applied when the facility reopens.
  • Your cancellation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from the Y.
  • Bi-weekly memberships can be placed on a hold for a minimum of one (1) month and maximum of four (4) months. A total of four months of holds are permitted every calendar year. You will be given a date as to when your account will become active and your pre-authorized will resume at that time.
  • For annual memberships, holds will be applied to the membership for the specified time period (up to four months) and the membership will be extended by the same amount of time.
  • Holds cannot act as a cancellation notice. If you choose to cancel your membership during or after a hold, the Cancellation Policy applies and 5 days’ notice before the next payment must be given.
  • Your hold is not confirmed until you have received written confirmation from the Y.
