You will be guided through movements and breathing techniques to help center your mind and body, relieve stress and improve your energy.  All fitness levels are welcome to join in!

Rediscover and improve your strength, balance, and flexibility through yoga. YMCA Yoga classes will help you relax your mind while gently challenging, stretching, and relaxing your muscles. Don’t worry if you’re not flexible: yoga is safe and healthy for a wide range of body types. You’ll soon notice a stronger, more balanced body and an increase in your overall feeling of health and vitality.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of movement which requires the coordination of the body in a way that create internal flow and energy. Practicing Tai Chi harmonizes the mind, body and spirit to promote mental and physical wellbeing.

The Lebed Method “Focus on Healing” is a therapeutic exercise program for women who have had any kind of breast surgery, node dissection, radiation, chemotherapy, or who suffer from chronic fatigue. Through the use of specifically designed movements, the program enhances physical and emotional well-being.

An adapted form of Hatha Yoga, postures are performed while sitting in a chair or standing behind a chair to facilitate better balance. An excellent option for older adults and individuals with limited mobility.

Qigong, similar to tai chi and yoga, is a slow, intentional practice based on activating and cultivating our life force energy.

Organ Cleansing Qigong is as a powerful and effective form for strengthening our respiratory and immune systems while also strengthening and detoxing our main internal organs and emotions.

Yoga Flow focuses on the combining poses with breaching to achieve enhanced relaxation.

A quiet practice and a beautiful way to balance an active lifestyle and combat stress. During class we hold our bodies into a shape to improve energy while stressing the bones, joints and connective tissue. Yin Yoga is a great wat to improve flexibility and mobility.
