Early closing Saturday! The Y's main gym will close at 12:30 p.m. this Saturday, March 23rd. The building itself will close at 5 p.m. Saturday for our Battle of the Brains trivia night in support of ReConnect. Also, the main pool will be closed Sunday, March 24th, 8-11 am for the NLS Pool Exam. Kiddie + therapy pools will be open for regular activities. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Trained staff will guide you through the process, offering an equipment orientation and exercise schedule to get you started. Video Fitness Classes are here! Located in our Exercise Studio, you can select from HIIT, cardio, dance, yoga, and much more. Come by yourself or bring a friend. All levels are welcome. Interval training includes segments of cardio, muscle conditioning and flexibility exercises combined with brief periods of recovery. Agility, balance and coordination exercises may also be incorporated.
