The YMCA of Greater Moncton will close both of their fitness facilities as of January 6, 2021 based on the decision of the province of New Brunswick to revert the entire province to the Orange Alert Level due to the recent increase of positive COVID-19 cases.  We will remain closed until we return to the Yellow Alert Level

(Moncton, N.B., July 9, 2019) – In partnership with the City of Moncton, the YMCA of Greater Moncton has added more public swims to its regular schedule for the summer. The following is the public swim schedule until September 2:

  • Sundays: 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. 
  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays:  2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Saturdays: 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

All public swims this summer are free for YMCA members, $2 for non-members. Swim participants must wear a bathing cap. Non-members aged 18 and over must also bring a valid government-issued photo ID.  Youth 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the Y’s Aquatic Facility.
